Billy Corgan Wants YOU! (to help him find these twins from an old album…?)
Ever since I read about this I have had that damn “Depsite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage” song in my head. This is annoying. I HOPE.. HOPE.. this happens to you now! ha! In fact, its? my sole purpose for this post!
Probably like you, my biggest interest?in Smashing Pumpkins right now is betting how long the reunion lasts until Corgan has a hissy fit. Did you see that he took out an entire page ad in the Chicago Tribune to announce that? Isnt that just a lliiiittttle over the top?
Ok ok,? Im being mean. They did have.. 2, maybe 3 good songs? I admit too, they were influential during their time. (Take that - those of you who were about to send me hate mail!) I even liked the rat in a cage song! Plus the video with the ice cream truck, even Beavis thought that was cool. You did too then - even if you were like 8 years old.
Back in 1993 they came out with an album called “Siamese Dream” which you can see a picture of in the very post. This is a recent post on the band’s blog:
“…We are trying to locate the girls that adorn the cover of Siamese Dream. As you all know, they were quite young when the photo was taken. They are not conjoined anymore, as far as we know.Any one with info on this, please spread the word and send me a private message to PumpkinsMediaMilitia.”Perhaps you know where they are? I dont - but I thought I’d do my part and share. Aren’t I sweet?

They are not conjoined anymore?!?! I don’t think they were conjoined in the first place. There are other pictures of them that shows that they weren’t conjoined. I mean, come on, it was on the Greatest Hits pictures!!! LOL I love you Billy Corgan!! You’re so funny!!

i have no idea man…. but your music has inspired me and moved me in many ways….. among the years i feel the smashing pumkins like any other great band has became apart of me… good luck…. and tho i havent bought the new cd becuase of a money issue i have listened to it and really like the change…. much support. B

i think that just B.S , they dont seem to be conjoined, and if they were i think some else beside the and would have known,,,
it was a cover of thier album, even though i think they suck, someone must have been totaly into them and knew all their useless tid bits on the band and about this cover….

The people on here who says they suck obviously either don’t know what good rock music is, just don’t care for this type of music and confuse “dislike” with “untalented”, or are just plain dumb. Corgan’s voice may not be to everyone’s liking, but come on, they wouldn’t be this influential if they sucked.

I’ll agree with Joe and say that, THEIR MUSIC SUCKED….. Not the conjunction, “they’re.” Somebody, get that kid a wheelchair…..
