Lez ZeppelinThis past Friday night, this all -girl Led Zeppelin tribute band took the stage at the “Feast of the Blessed Sacrament” in Boston. What’s kind of cool about that festival, is they regularly feature (really) old school rock bands like Blue Oyster Cult, so it’s not suprising they would want a Led Zeppelin tribute band.

It’s just funny they chose this one! I know the first thing that I figured when I read the name and according to the Boston Herald Im not alone - “The members of the acclaimed all-female Zep tribute band don’t openly talk about their sexual preference, though fans think the name speaks for itself. When bluntly asked the lesbian question, the band merely says: Definitely maybe.”

Something like that seems to scare religious folks off real quick like, even if it’s just a name. Surprisingly, when the organizers were asked about it, they just mentioned how you cant please everyone. Awesome.

Anyway, what a great name for an all girl tribute band. It’s Genius!

Festival is actually in New Bedford, about 50 miles south of Boston. Huge Portuguese feast.
