Smashing Pumpkins: Day in the Life
I love how bands have been posting video of themselves hanging out, being silly, and working on youtube or their websites! The Smashing Pumpkins started doing just this with their special ‘day in the life’ video series. There is some goofy stuff there of the band eating lunch and driving to the venue but also some more work related stuff like this too:

“Day in the life of the Smashing Pumpkins: Noon pre-rehearsal at the Fillmore Theatre in San Francisco, CA.After reaching the Fillmore, everyone gets situated and prepares their gear. The whole crew is running about checking and re-checking their battle stations. This can occasionally be the first time each band member may have seen the others since the previous night.
Following all this preparation is a 3+ hour rehearsal period. ”
