“Band you should listen to if you haven’t yet” just doesn’t have the same flow does it?

Deadstar Assembly’s 2006 album “Unsaved” manages to make its way back into my CD player time and time again. Why? They can write songs! This particular genre (sorta goth and electronic influenced rock) can be all too easy to make a mess of - Yet, they are able to bring some cohesive and rocking songs out of the mix of elements they have to work with. The unique beats and noise bring you in; the hooks keep you listening.To top it off they even pull it off live, which you can see by watching some of their performances on UVTV (
http://www.uvtv.info/deadstar-assembly.php )I would say that this band is for people who liked Coal Chamber and Orgy back in the day and are into bands like Bella Morte or even MSI now. Either way, go take a listen:
