I know what your all thinking of course its going to be 36 Crazyfists cause I love them with all my heart…..BUT nope. Although I think they put out the best album and they are just as awesome. Another band got on the coats tales of my boys this year. I heard this band’s CD and fell in love, I got to know them and sweet guys, I saw them live and they kicked my ass and well a interview with any of them is well informed and fun. I see big things for them in 2009 and beyond that is why I Chose:
FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH
BEST LIVE BAND OF THE YEAR
This one I had to pick two because these two bands I rarely listened to and never saw them live before in my life. But in 2008 I had the pleasure of catching them and I just became a fan after seeing their amazing live show. That is rare for me to be impressed by a live setting but these two bands did it. So congrads to

On this one I couldn’t pick just one cause three of them left lasting memories in my head. So these bands and their band members made me love my job as a interviewer.
1. 36 CRAZYFISTS/BROCK (link)
The reason I picked this one is cause one they are my favorite band. Two every time I talk to Brock from our first meeting up to know the interviews are so casual like we have known each other forever. So in 2008 I can really say I do know him now so it was nice to meet up and chat and I know when I am going to talk too him there is no subject untouched. So he rocks!!!
2. THROWDOWN/DAVE PETERS (link)
The reason for this one is, I have interviewed Throwdown before but I Never was able to chat with Dave there singer and finally in 2008 I got to Actually speak with him and meet him. It was a very cool experience and Was very genuine and super cool. So thumbs up for giving me the time to Do a little chit chatting.
3. MADINA LAKE/NATHAN (link)
The reason for this one and why its so memorable was due to we had To wait till the end of the night to chat with him and he was very very Drunk and just remembering the way he presented himself and was trying So hard to make everything make sense and speak in normal terms was Hilarious. It doesn’t come off as funny in written words but trust me, (I Have the recording) its so super funny. A very fun night all around
