James Hart became a front man who left a lasting impression to your senses on record to the stage life while in his band Eighteen Visions. Mr. Hart is back with a different sound but still giving that lasting impression but in a more musical atmosphere instead of other avenues. That unforgettable vocal presence is still in charge on this new record but he has changed to a more rock n roll singing vocalist.

BURN HALO at first listen sounded like any other band on the radio but the more you involve yourself into the record you find that shining moment in this band where you hear that punchy, sing able, flirty and sexy rock n roll appeal.=2 0It brings out that good time rock n roll atmosphere but also gives you that sincerity and fragileness in some “tender” songs on the disc. All and all the self titled debut disc that this band has produced gives you straightforward rock n roll with a tinge of 80′s vintage styling.

My favorite overall song that made me want to tell the world about this new band had to be SAVE ME and you need to listen to it because it purely gives you that amazing feel. I think with this new band and new life that James is pursuing I see great things happening.

I really like their songs too. Found out about them through an Avenged Sevenfold fanboard on the net and am trying to spread the news about them here in Sweden. This is the kind of summerrock one wants to sit and have a beer too in the summer. Really catchy and good rock with a lot more variation than the radiorock Nickelback delivers nowadays for example.

Burn Halo is definately heading in the right direction. This cd is amazing, and will appeal to a wide variety of music fans. Alot of the songs are radio friendly and I’m sure will do well on the charts.
And if you have a chance to catch them live, do it, you will not be dissapointed, they are phenomenal live. James and the rest of the guys really know how to involve the audiance, something alot of bands fail to do now a days.
