18-year-old pop star Miley Cyrus delighted thousands of adoring fans by performing a surprise rendition of NIRVANA‘s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” during her April 29, 2011 concert in Quito, Ecuador. She introduced the song to the crowd, saying, “For this tour, I want to be able to do the music that inspired me and made me want to be on this stage tonight.”
